ontheplay.ink is a community-run archive of recorded Disney Lorcana matches. It is a small fan project, not a company. This page says plainly what it stores and what it does with it.

Your account

You can browse the whole archive without an account. Signing in is only needed to submit a video, suggest information, or react to a game.

Accounts are created through Google or Discord. From them we store your name, your email address and the id that provider uses for you — enough to recognise you when you come back and to attribute what you contribute. We never see your password, and we do not ask either provider for anything else.

What you contribute

Submissions, suggested corrections and reactions are stored against your account. Submissions and corrections are reviewed by a moderator before anything appears on the site, and the record of who sent what is kept afterwards so contributions can be credited and mistakes traced.

Match details — decks, results, events, dates — are published openly. Do not put anything in a submission that you would not want on a public page.

Videos

Videos are not hosted here. They stay on YouTube, and a game page embeds or links to them. Playing an embedded video is a request to YouTube, which applies its own privacy policy. Embeds use youtube-nocookie.com so nothing is set until you press play.

Moderation

An account that is used to spam or mislead can be suspended. A suspended account can still read the whole archive; it just cannot submit, suggest or react. Suspensions record who applied them and why, so a later moderator can see the reasoning.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics.

Removing your account

Email hello@ontheplay.ink and your account and reactions will be deleted. Games already published stay in the archive — they are a record of a match rather than of you — but they can be detached from your account on request.

Not affiliated

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Ravensburger or Disney. Disney Lorcana is their property; this is a fan archive of games people recorded.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
